of the classic achievements in yogasana is the backbend dropback.
It is the expression of a strong & open backbend,however a difficult
move that eludes many dedicated yoga students.It is very important
to understand that thereis a progressive approach that helps to
improve strength and to achieve this ability. It is the journey,
not the destination.

Bollywood Fit Dance ~

D A N C E t o t h e B o l l y w o o d G r o o v e !
Bollywood Fit Dance takes modern
Bhangra music, sort of an Indian hip-hop style, and borrows moves
from the Bollywood musicals which refer to classical Indian dance
but put a modern, music video twist on it. Easy for beginners to
follow! The steps make it fun as they are punchy & exotic, but
they are simple to follow and repeated often.
Fun for the experienced! Advanced movers & shakers
have fun putting their own flair into the steps. Yoga stretch ends
the night! Cool down and stretch after dancing with Yoga asanas.
A great way to energize and get ready for the weekend. Class is
danced barefoot. Have fun with itand feel free to accessorize
with scarves, belts or bangles, though none of that is necessary
to participate.
