series options expire 6 months from date of purchase. Series extensions are not granted
for vacation, travel, work or other personal events except for
medical reasons. To be considered for an extension, please submit
a letter accompanied by a doctor's note. Requests must
be submitted before the expiration of your series.
* EFT Annual and Monthly Memberships will continue on a month
to month (after the minimum commitment has been met) basis unless
notified otherwise. 30-day written notice of cancellation required.
