Dhyanjot Singh
Dhyanjot has been practicing Hatha
and Kundalini Yoga since 1999. He is a 3HO, Kundalini Research Institute
(KRI) certified yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance Member, and member of
the International Kundalini Teacher Association. He has a B.B.A
from TCU and is a certified nutritionist-emphasis on Ayurveda-science
of life (School of Healing Arts), life coach, and Reiki practitioner
(Mikao Usui method). Kundalini Yoga is a form of Raj (royal) Yoga
that includes up to all 22 facets of yoga in a single practice.
Kundalini-Naad Yoga is Kundalini Yoga with the emphasis on sound
and healing vibrations. His classes include pranayama (breathing
techniques), Kriyas (set of asanas or physical actions), meditation
(some with mantra) and healing gong baths to address imbalances
concerning stress, fatigue, tension, trauma, addiction, depression,
anxiety, blood pressure, inflexibility, digestion, blood sugar,
and weight. He is also available for personal yogic life path practice
